Escape

Prologue. A card without a sender contained only a single line, written by a child: "Give me back my ring. " My memories of that incident came flooding back. My friend disappeared while playing hide-and-seek, and she was later found dead at the bottom of the well behind the church. This couldn't possibly be her, could it? I went to the place of the incident by myself.
