While you was in the middle of the forest, the Undead have spread around your town, you need to clear the path toward the main road. In order to win, you will need to go through a series of points in the level following your compass. Each day you consume water and food, so make sure to gather supplies on the map. If you run out of water or food at midday, you lose 1 heart.
