Move fast and give the aliens with your fingers, do not let even one escape. You have to be very quick to stop this plague. Use your fingers to crush these friendly aliens, you can use up to three fingers. It may seem easy but it should be quick to finish all of them because as you progress through the levels there are more and more appearing in new colors.
