Bodrum is the only restaurant in the local area to use an industrial sized barbecue grill as oppose to a gas appliance or an electric griddle. Our barbecue uses real charcoal to enhance the flavours in our freshly cooked to order meats. We use well established and reputable butchers and not catering suppliers.
