Vet Animal Health Plan

AHP is a system for creating and managing animal health plans for New Zealand farmers. Plans are created by veterinary practitioners for groups of animals for a stock class on a farm based on a template of tasks or on another plan. Tasks define: Action to be performed. Date the task is due. Recommended product. Instructions for performing the task.
