Bluetooth Communicator is an app to exchange public or private text messages simultaneously between multiple users via Bluetooth to devices nearby. Internet, WIFI or mobile connection is not required. Create your own network by connecting as many devices as you want (up to seven connections per device, depending on the connecting devices).
