The use of English Tenses

Book duction. In English, grammar is a quite part. It mainly focuses on verb, action or state which depends on different time with 4 basic tenses: present, past, future and future in past. Each tense is divided into 4 types: single, continuous, perfect, perfect continuous. Therefore, there are totally 16 tenses in English.
