Lighten Up

Lighten Up is a free weight tracker application which uses Body Mass Index (BMI) to place you in a weight category based on your height and weight. You then get recommendations on what to eat & what exercises to do in order to gain and maintain a healthy weight. You get a personalized dashboard that shows your current status and gives you recommendations based on it.
