Vitthal also known as Vithoba Pandharinath, Hari and Narayan or Panduranga, is a popular worshipped Hindu god worshipped in Maharashtra, Andhra, Karnataka and Telangana. He is generally considered a manifestation of the god Vishnu or his avatars. Viththal's idol is dark complexioned with protruding eyes and stands on a brick with hands held on the waist.
