My Dose Coach

My Dose Coach is designed for adult patients who have type 2 diabetes and who have been prescribed and are taking a once-daily long-acting basal insulin by their healthcare provider. To use My Dose Coach, your healthcare provider must be registered in the program and send you a dose plan.
