Due to purchase sync issues with Google Play, the phone app is now free and the Wear OS app can be unlocked through an in-app purchase after a 30 day trial. If you bought the app while it was paid, the purchase should transfer, but please contact me if you are asked again. Use the Play Store on your watch to install the app.
