This is a plain black theme for Apex Launcher. It includes: Apex Icons Only! No Themed App Icons! A black skin for the Apex Launcher. A black wallpaper to go with the launcher. Transparent folders. This app will not show up in your app drawer. You need to have Apex Launcher to use this theme. How to apply. Apex settings > Theme settings Black Apex > Apply.
