AccuTweet is a free geolocation search client for Twitter that lets you browse/search for tweets in specific locations around the world. All you need to do is to: 1) pin a location. 2) set the radius. 3) search for a word, hashtag, and username inside that radius. 3) Bingo! You'll get all the tweets from this specific location with your search criteria (if any).
