OctoAndroid for OctoPrint

Features:  Multiple printers.  Slicing.  Upload/Download Files.  Temperature Graph.  Printer Controls.  Connect/Monitor.  Webcam  Notifications.  Terminal console. Since OctoPrint is fully open source, it would not be right if OctoAndroid wasn't either. All the code is located on GitHub OctoAndroid is still a big work in progress.
