MO CYCLE is Bhubaneswar's official Public Bicycle Sharing (PBS) system, launched by the Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT), a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for providing Public Transport Services in the cities of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Puri.
