Developed by C-DAC under TDIL initiative of MC&IT, Govt. Of India and based on AnglaMT & Anuvadaksh Machine Translation System. mTranslator is a interactive Cross platform application developed in HTML5 which can currently translate English to Nine Indian languages.

Those that potentially access the user's/ your sensitive information:
  • Access the Account Service list
  • Access user's contacts
  • Write contact data without reading them
  • Get a network access to the approximate location
  • Get an access to the current location from the network-based resources
  • Access phone state without changing it
  • Manage and record incoming SMS
  • Access microphone
  • Capture photos and videos
Permissions rarely used in Reisen & Lokales:
  • Access the user's Internet bookmarks and history without changing them
Commonly used:
  • Save files to external storage
  • Prevent device from going to sleep
