NWS Weather Alerts Widget

Based on the advertised API Changes regarding background services in Android Oreo, I'm almost positive this app will have gotten broken by and probably won't work correctly on Oreo I hope to make a version that works on Oreo soon, but as long as this message is still here, I haven't yet.
